The Asian Bankers Association wish to inform all members and friends of the appointment by CTBC Bank of Mr. Daniel Wu as its new representative in the ABA Board and, therefore, as the new Chairman of the Asian Bankers Association (ABA), effective May 27, 2024, replacing Mr. Morris Li who has left the Bank. Mr. Wu will serve the unexpired term of Mr. Li until the next elections in 2025. The appointment of Mr. Wu has been unanimously endorsed by the ABA Board of Directors.
As ABA members and friends may know, Mr. Wu served as ABA Chairman from 2014 to 2018, the first to serve the position for two consecutive terms. As former ABA Chairman, he is currently member of the ABA Advisory Council. You can consult his resume Here.
