The Asian Bankers Association (ABA) invites you and your colleagues to the Short Term Visiting Program (STVP) to be hosted by State Bank of India (SBI) at the SBI Staff College in the city of Hyderabad from August 20 to 24, 2024.

 

(1) OBJECTIVE

 

The five-day course provides the participants the opportunity to:

(1) Learn the latest trends and developments in AML, KYC, Treasury, Financial Inclusion, Risks management and other critical banking operations.
(2) Understand the SME Lending process implemented by SBI.
(3) Interact with Professors expert in the field.
(3) Observe SBI’s branch operations.
(4) Learn the history and experience the culture of Hyderabad, home to some of India’s most iconic buildings.

(3) COST

 

This is a very special and cost-effective five-day training program priced at US1,300 per participant. The fee includes accommodation, food, teaching materials and transportation within the program activities and airport transfer.

All participants shall cover their airfare and miscellaneous expenses.

 

(4) PROPOSED VENUE & ACOMMODATION

 

The Program will be held in the SBI Staff College in Hyderabad located at 6-3-1188, High Cliff, Begumpet Road, Greenlands, Hyderabad, 500016, India.

(6) TERMS

 

• Payment should be received on or before August 9, 2024 to guarantee the seat. ABA and SBI reserve the right to deny entry to the participant if payment has not been received before the start of the programme.
• Cancellations are not allowed. Substitutions are welcome but must be communicated by email at least one week before the programme starts.
• The training programme is subject to a minimum number of participants and may be cancelled by ABA at its discretion, without liability on its part. In such of cancellation, ABA will inform registered participants by August 1, 2024 and will fully refund payment made.
