ABA Chairman Mr. Eugene Acevedo (2nd from right, right photo) met with officers and members of the Vietnam Banks’ Association (VNBA) led by Mr. Nyugen Quoc Hung, Vice Chairman and General Secretary (2nd from left, right photo) on November 10, 2023 on the sides of the 39th ABA General Meeting and Conference held in Kathmandu, Nepal.

The two sides explored possible areas of collaboration between the two organizations, particularly in the area of training and other professional development program. They also touched on the possibility of signing an updated MOU to augment and expand the areas of cooperation that were outlined in the first MOU they signed in 2015 in Taipei, as well as the possible membership of VNBA in ABA.
