The ABA wishes to follow up on our earlier request for bank’s participation in the Survey Questionnaire aimed at determining the level of preparedness of member banks in achieving digital transformation.

If you have not yet submitted your completed questionnaire, we would appreciate it very much if you could spare a minute or two of your time to identify the appropriate persons in your organization who might be in the best position to answer the questionnaire.

Kindly forward the attached Survey Questionnaire to at least three of the following officers of your organization, and request each one of them to respond individually to the questionnaire:

• Chief Operating Officer
• Chief Risk Officer
• Chief Information Officer
• Chief Digital Officer
• Chief Technology Officer
• Head of Business (Retail/Corporate/Investment etc.)

It will take less than ten minutes of their time to fill out the questionnaire.

Their responses would serve as our basis for identifying areas for best practices and learnings, and for recommending measures to encourage cooperation among member banks in promoting digital transformation.

Kindly request them to send back to us the completed Survey Questionnaire by e-mail at aba@aba.org.tw, before October 29, 2019, if possible.
