The Asian Bankers Association is pleased to inform you that, at the request of some members, we are resuming the publication of the bi-annual ABA Journal of Banking and Finance, but this time, in electronic version. Attached herewith is the First Semester 2019 issue of the publication.

It is our ardent hope that this publication will continue to serve as an effective platform for an exchange and sharing of information and ideas among ABA members on issues impacting on the region’s commerce and industry.
